Apostolic Founding Leaders

Richard and Sylvia Neusch
Richard and his wife, Sylvia are the apostolic founding leaders of True Life, a non-denominational church in Round Rock. They planted True Life in 2005. Richard and Sylvia met at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas, and married in 1981. They lived in Washington state for nine years where they pastored. Associate Pastor

Josh Boyer
Josh grew up as a pastor's son, which instilled in him a deep value for serving others, loving the body of Christ, and rooting faith in an authentic, intimate relationship with God. He has a passionate heart for seeing people come alive to their identity and calling in Christ.
After earning his bachelor's degree in International Studies/Missions from Bethel University in Mishawaka, Indiana, Josh and his wife served as missionaries in Asia for seven years, leading youth ministry programs in international schools. They moved to Round Rock in August 2016 and began attending True Life that September.
Josh brings nearly two decades of leadership development experience to his pastoral role, specializing in transforming leaders through authentic, relational approaches. His international background and professional expertise in coaching and facilitation uniquely position him to help people navigate change, discover their God-given potential, and develop the relational skills needed to thrive in their calling.
He is honored to serve alongside the pastoral team and is passionate about helping the congregation grow in both their personal walk with Christ and their impact in the world
Children's Pastor

Jenny Drott
Jenny comes from a long legacy of faith, with generations of Christians in her family. She grew up immersed in the life of the church — helping her mom teach preschoolers, singing in choirs, and building a strong relationship in Sunday School throughout her early years. She is a proud mother of four and grandmother to eight. In her free time, she loves playing Pickleball and spending time with her family.
Her heart for children’s ministry has been evident across the years in many forms. Jenny earned a bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Baylor University, where she met and eventually married the love of her life, Jeff. Since then, she has joyfully taught in a variety of settings — from private lessons to public and private school classrooms, and later, serving as a children’s pastor.
She feels deeply honored and blessed to be part of True Life Church, where she desires to serve not only the children but entire families — helping them discover their true identity in Jesus and the power of His finished work on the cross. Jenny is passionate about partnering with parents in raising up children who know God’s Word, hear the Father’s voice, walk in the prophetic, heal the sick, and-most importantly — encounter the love of Jesus.
