Senior Leader
Richard Neusch
Richard and Sylvia, who met at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Texas and got married in 1981, later pastored churches in Washington State for nine years. They have two children, Adrienne and Jared, born in Richland, Washington.
In 1990, they left their denomination and moved to Austin, Texas, to join a Spirit-filled church, embarking on a 10-year period of spiritual growth and transformation. Their focus shifted towards character development, heart transformation, and a deeper connection with Jesus.
In 2005, they founded True Life Fellowship, a ministry reflecting their values. As Senior Pastor, Richard oversees Elders, staff. He is heavily involved in the city, working with different city leaders and pastors. He has a passion to see cities transformed by the goodness of God.

Sylvia Neusch
Sylvia grew up in South Carolina and later earned a B.A. in Music Education from Gardner Webb University. She then attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Texas earning a degree in Religious Education and meeting her husband, Richard. They married in 1981 and moved to Washington state where they pastored two different churches. Both of their children were also born in Washington state.
In 1990, they left their denomination for a Spirit-filled church in Austin, Texas, undergoing a decade of spiritual growth. In 2005, they planted True Life in Round Rock, Texas.
Sylvia now leads the True Women Ministry, the Prayer Ministry, and the Transformation Center at True Life. She and Richard are the founders of the Austin School of Supernatural Ministry. Sylvia is passionate about global revival, helping spiritual orphans find their identity as children of God.
Associate Pastors
Chuck and Anna Maher
Chuck is from New Brunswick, Canada and Anna is from Dallas, TX. They have both been active in ministry since their late teens and early twenties. Chuck served in Canada as a youth pastor, young adult pastor and itinerate minister. Anna served as a missionary with Youth With A Mission Tyler at Father Heart Maternity Home, the training schools, and the house of prayer in Washington D.C.
Chuck and Anna met in Redding, CA where they both attended Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry. They got married in 2012, and for the first two years of their marriage they traveled as itinerate ministers with Bethel Activation Ministries. In 2015, Chuck and Anna moved to San Antonio, TX where they were Associate Pastors at a local church. That is also where they had their three beautiful girls.
In 2024, Chuck and Anna moved to Round Rock, TX to be part of the leadership team at True Life. Chuck’s passion is to see sons and daughters of God understand their identity, and transform the world by putting the love and power of God on display. Anna’s desire is to see healthy, whole families. Chuck is the author of, Kingdom Perspectives: Seeing Yourself, Others and the World Through the Lens of Heaven. Anna is the author of Embracing Mystery: A 21 Day Journey of Hope, as well as several children’s books.
Associate Pastor
Alex Morales
Alex, a New York City native, dedicated his life to Christ early on. He moved to Miami, Florida where he earned a BA in Biblical Studies from Trinity International University and became a Youth Pastor at 18.
By 2006, he became Senior Pastor of a small church in Miami. His hunger for God's presence led to a transformative journey, experiencing the Holy Spirit in new ways. In 2008, he married Sarah and left his church position to serve at his father-in-law's church.
In 2013, they moved to Round Rock, Texas. Sarah became Worship Pastor at True Life, while Alex took on various roles. In 2014, he became Interim Youth Pastor and, in 2016, the Associate Pastor. Alex's passion is to empower people to fulfill their God-given destinies and advance the Kingdom.

Sarah Morales
Sarah, a New York City native and a Pastor’s child raised in the midst of revival, cultivated a profound connection with the Holy Spirit from a young age, charting her path in the realm of worship and national singing. As an alumna of Hillsong Leadership College, she has led worship on a global platform. In 2008, she tied the knot with Alex, a fellow New York-born and -raised pastor, and together, they’ve been blessed with three children.
In 2013, Sarah joined True Life staff with a mission to bring Heaven’s image to the world, helping people discover their true identity in Christ and declaring God’s heart through worship over Round Rock, Austin, and beyond.

Mikaela Cain
Mikaela felt called to work with street children and orphans when she was nine-years-old. She worked with orphans in Romania in 2006, after graduating high school. Her heart for ministering to children of all family statuses grew after she came home. Mikaela met her husband Grant at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. They both attended Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in Redding, CA, after graduating. There, Mikaela participated in and led a SideWalk Sunday School program for two years in a low-income neighborhood and worked at Bethel Christian School.
Grant and Mikaela got married in 2012. During their first year of marriage, they felt the Lord calling them to move back to Texas to be a part of the revival in the region. The Cains value ministering in a culture of honor. They both have a heart to see reconciliation in families, church communities and cities. They have three young children and live in Georgetown.
Associate Pastor-Outreach & Pastoral Care
David Fenwick
David was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago. At the age of 20 he moved to Austin and has been here ever since. Building community through relationships has always been the heartbeat of his life.
David came to faith and began his journey with Jesus at the age of 30. Soon after he felt the tug of the unmistakable call of God into ministry. David has served in multiple capacities from worship leader, youth pastor, teaching pastor and eventually church planter.
A father of six amazing young people and a grandfather of (soon to be 3), David joined True Life with a mandate to make disciples, equip and develop leaders, and impact this region.
