Children's Ministry
Check-in opens 15 minutes before each service, and children may be dropped off 10 minutes before service.
Vision
Our Children's Ministry helps kids encounter God in a safe place and then invade the world for the advancement of God’s Kingdom. The most important thing a child receives from our environment is an experience with the Living God. To set the children up for encounters, we also teach Biblical stories and believe that the truth of the encounter and the Word will lead them and minister to them beyond our classroom time and into their adulthood. In this way, we pursue the mandate God gave to ministers of children in Proverbs 22:6, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.”

Our children’s ministry leadership practices the child-training paradigm of Danny Silk’s Loving Our Kids on Purpose. This philosophy equips our staff and volunteers to empower children to fulfill their God-given calling. “Loving Our Kids on Purpose introduces paradigms, perceptions, skills, and ideas that help parents reduce fear by eliminating the tool of punishment and strengthening the hearts of their children to fulfill their destiny” and offers powerful tools for children’s ministry leadership teams, as well.
